Tour of the Enneagram Triads
South Africa · CPD points & talks · Psychologists
Deepen your clinical practice with this Enneagram Triads talk, designed for South African psychologists. Explore core motivational patterns, behavioural strategies, and relational tendencies through a practical lens. Understand how fear, shame, and anger drive clients, enhancing your ability to foster attunement and refine clinical formulation.
This talk offers a practical exploration of the Enneagram through the lens of its triadic structure, guiding participants in understanding key motivational patterns and behavioural strategies. Using the Map of the Enneagram, the session helps clinicians and participants alike explore core questions such as: What do we want? What do we do to get what we want? What happens when we don’t get what we want? And how do we relate to the things we desire? By examining these themes through the Enneagram triads, attendees will gain insight into clients’ attitudes, relational tendencies, and behavioural strategies. This increased awareness enhances therapeutic depth and effectiveness while supporting a respectful and nuanced appreciation of individual differences.
